The Party plan includes between 10 and 20 people. For larger events, please see the Events/Studio Booking page. For less than 10 people, Contact Us or phone us at (425)337-6306 to discuss the options for your group.
For parties with between 10 and 20 people, the deposit for booking is $300, and must be paid at the time of reservation. $150 of the deposit will be applied as credit towards the cost of the party pieces at your event. You will also receive a $20 credit towards the item chosen by the guest of honor.
Parties are scheduled for 2 hours. Additional hours can be pre-purchased for $25/hour.
Depending on the number of guests you have, you will have 1 or more dedicated hosts to assist you during your party or event. The host(s) will setup the area prior to your arrival and clean up all painting supplies afterwards. There will be a $75 dollar cleaning fee if the host is required to clean excessive amounts of non-painting related messes.
The party or event organizer is responsible for picking up all the items created by the party and distributing all the finished items to their guests.
Party organizer is welcome to bring in their own food and drinks for their guests, or we can help arrange catering (see our a la Carte section below).
We also offer complimentary printed invitations for your event. Please let us know if you would like invitations and how many you need. We offer many design to choose from, and we need at least three weeks notice to provide these for your event (one week to create them, and at least 2 weeks to hand them out).
Please note that Stuffington’s Ceramics & More is an inclusive space and we welcome people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. We do not allow anyone to make others feel unwelcome, intimidated, or unsafe in our space.
Cancellation Policy: In order to receive a refund of your fee, we require a notice of 72 hours (3 days). Cancellations made within 72 hours of reservation will not receive a refund. Bookings can be rescheduled to a later date with no penalty.
Ceramic Painting Party
Bisque items to paint, above and beyond your deposit credit, are purchased separately on the day of the event.
Our ceramics range in price greatly (from roughly $10 per item to over $100).
You are welcome to set a per-person budget for your guests prior to the event, or opt to have our staff set aside a pre-selected group of items in your price-range for your group to select from.
For younger guests, at our discretion we will choose a limited subset of colors and special children's brushes, and manage their distribution to help the party go smoothly.
Acrylic Canvas Painting Party
For canvas parties, we require some additional information.
Size of canvas you would like your guests to paint (all party members get the same size). Choose from: 8×10 – $18; 12×12 – $22; 11×14 – $22; 16×20 – $28

Type of canvas painting – we offer templates, guided painting, and paint pours. For templates, you can choose between one of our existing templates or you may provide your own. If you provide your own, we need the design at least one week prior to your reservation date.
